01. Access & Accounts
To Access The Relphacare Platform, You Must Create A Secure Account. You Are Responsible For Maintaining The Confidentiality Of Your Login Credentials And For All Activities That Occur Under Your Account.
We Reserve The Right To Suspend Or Terminate Accounts That Provide False Information Or Violate Our Security Protocols. Access Is Intended For Individuals 18 Years Of Age Or Older, Or As Permitted Under Specific Enterprise Healthcare Agreements.
02. Subscriptions & Billing
Key Billing Terms
- Subscription Fees Are Billed In Advance On A Monthly Or Annual Basis.
- No Refunds Are Provided For Partial Months Of Service.
Relphacare Uses Secure Third-Party Processors To Handle Payments. By Subscribing, You Authorize Us To Charge Your Provided Payment Method For The Recurring Subscription Fee Until You Cancel.
03. Medical Disclaimer
RELPHACARE IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER.
This Includes:
- Unauthorized Collection Of Protected Health Information (PHI) Belonging To Third Parties.
- Attempting To Bypass Security Headers, Rate Limits, Or Encryption Protocols.
- Reverse Engineering The Platform's Proprietary Diagnostic Algorithms.
We do not use your information for unrelated or intrusive purposes.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the event.
